About
Our Company
Senior Outreach Services is a full service care management program
designed to address the health and mental health needs of the community
in a proactive manner. We are a division of R&R Home Care, Inc., a
locally owned JCAHO accredited home health agency of 14 years and the
first home care agency in Louisiana to be recognized by the American
Diabetes Association.
Our
mission statement exists throughout all of our endeavors to provide
quality care with compassion and kindness. The S.O.S program embodies
our desire to promote wellness and advocacy to the disabled and elderly.

remain independent and their loved ones; desire for safety.
