Clients We Serve

Senior Outreach Service is unique in that it promotes independence and aspires to meet the needs of the disabled and elderly in their home. Care management services are available tom but are not limited to:

• The physically disabled, whose loved ones are seeking guidance regarding the options for home maintenance.
  

• The mentally challenged suffering from mental illness or retardation, whose family members would like to be maintained in the safest, least restrictive environment but could not do so without professional management.
  

• The elderly, residing in their homes, whose family members feel constrained in their ability to provide care due to time and distance.
  

• Nursing home residents, whose family members seek advocacy and alternative care options.
